Mint and chocolate is the best combination. Whether it is ice cream, cheesecake, brownies or cupcakes, it is always guaranteed to be delicious!
What you need:
- Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- Betty Crocker Whipped Vanilla Frosting
- (3) eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cup water
- Mint flavouring
- Green food colouring
- Wilton #22 Decorating Tip and piping bag
- Sprinkles of your choice
- Cupcake liners
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Combine cake mix, oil, water and eggs
- Mix vigorously for two minutes
- Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners and add 1/4 cup of completed cake mix to each
- Bake for 19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Prepare icing while cupcakes are cooling
- Mix entire frosting with one teaspoon of mint flavouring
- Add six drops of green food colouring or until you get a shade of green you are happy with
- Mix until smooth
- Fill piping bag with icing and apply to cooled cupcakes
- Finish it up by adding your favourite sprinkles
